💧 Product & Wellness

What are Salut Sippers?

Salut Sippers are fruit-based sipping vinegars — your new pre-meal ritual. Think of them as a smooth, crave-crushing upgrade to harsh apple cider vinegar shots. Each 50 ml sipper blends real blueberry, raspberry & pineapple vinegar with botanicals, live cultures, and pink Himalayan salt to help support balanced blood sugar, curb cravings, and support your gut. No sugar. No burn. Just delicious balance in a chic little bottle.

How should I take Salut Sippers?

Enjoy one Salut Sipper (50 ml bottle) about 30 minutes before a carb-heavy meal or whenever cravings strike. Sip it straight (smooth + tangy), mix with sparkling water for a refreshing spritz, or use as a base for a mocktail (see our recipe page for inspo!). If you miss the pre-meal window, it’s still beneficial afterward.

⚠️ Avoid mixing with sugary drinks — sugar can cancel out vinegar’s glucose-balancing benefits.

How many sippers can I take per day?

Most people enjoy 1–2 per day depending on their meals and cravings. Each 50 ml bottle at 2.5% acidity delivers acetic acid roughly equivalent to ~1.5–2 tablespoons (≈22–30 ml) of standard 5% vinegar. Some studies suggest that 1–2 tablespoons (15–30 ml) daily may help support healthy blood sugar and appetite. You can also dilute a sipper in your water bottle and sip throughout the day. As always, consult your healthcare provider if you have health conditions or take medications.

Can sipping vinegar help with cravings?

Yes! The acetic acid in vinegar naturally slows how your body turns carbs into sugar. That means fewer spikes, fewer crashes,

and fewer “I-need-cookies-NOW” moments. Salut Sippers make it tasty, convenient, and actually enjoyable.

Can I eat all the cake I want if I’m sipping Salut Sippers?

Salut Sippers are formulated to support balanced glucose and cravings, but they’re not a magic pass to eat unlimited treats. Think of them as a ritual to indulge smarter — not a license to go wild on cake. Pair them with protein, fiber, and balanced meals for best results.

I already had a sugary snack — is it too late to take a Salut Sipper?

Nope, not too late! While sipping about 30 minutes before eating gives the best glucose support, taking a Salut Sipper after carbs or sweets can still help your body process sugar more smoothly. Think of it as a smart backup for when cravings (or cake) win.

Do Salut Sippers have the same benefits as apple cider vinegar (ACV)

Salut Sippers are made with raw fruit vinegars (including apple) and contain the same key active compound — acetic acid — linked to blood sugar and appetite support. But unlike harsh ACV shots, Salut Sippers are formulated with botanicals, live cultures, and pink salt, making them smoother, tastier, and more functional.

Are Salut Sippers safe for kids or pregnant/breastfeeding people?

Salut Sippers are formulated with natural ingredients and made with raw (unpasteurized) vinegar, with no added sugar and no artificial sweeteners. Because they contain raw vinegar, they are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding people or young children. Always consult a healthcare provider before use.

Are Salut Sippers safe if I have diabetes or prediabetes?

Salut Sippers are not a treatment for diabetes or prediabetes, but vinegar has been studied for its potential to support healthier blood sugar responses after meals. Each bottle contains diluted raw vinegar with botanicals — no sugar, no artificial sweeteners.

Because every body is different, especially if you’re managing blood sugar with medications like insulin or metformin, we recommend talking with your healthcare provider before adding Salut Sippers to your routine.

Do you add any sugar?

No added sugar here! Why? Because sugar can actually cancel out vinegar’s blood sugar–balancing effect. When acetic acid does its job, it helps slow how quickly carbs turn into glucose. But paired with added sugar — even “natural” ones — it can spike blood sugar all over again.

Are they vegan or vegetarian?

Yes, Salut Sippers are 100% plant-based!

Can I mix Salut Sippers with coffee, smoothies, or alcohol?

For the most glucose-supporting benefits, enjoy your sipper straight or with water/sparkling water. You can mix with unsweetened tea or a low‑sugar smoothie if you prefer.

  • Avoid sugary mixers (sodas, juice, syrups) — added sugar can blunt vinegar’s benefits.
  • Alcohol: fine if you want the flavor; for benefits, sip your Salut before drinking or make a no/low‑sugar mocktail. Sugary cocktails can cancel out the effect.
  • Live cultures (“the Mother”): heat and high‑proof alcohol can reduce live‑culture activity. If Mother flecks bother you, just shake and strain — cloudiness is normal.

When will I feel results?

Many people notice fewer cravings and steadier energy within the first few uses (especially when sipping before carb‑heavy meals). Blood‑sugar support is typically acute — it helps most when you take it before eating. Longer‑term goals (like weight support) require consistent daily use plus balanced meals. Results vary and this isn’t a medication.

What’s the shelf life?

Unopened bottles last 2 years (see packaging for best‑by date). Once opened, they’re still good — just shake well before sipping. Because we use raw vinegar, the natural “mother” can settle and make the liquid look a bit cloudy — that’s normal. Refrigerate after opening and finish within 24 hours for best taste and quality. Consume before the best‑by date.

Can I travel with Salut Sippers?

Yes! Each is 50 ml (TSA-friendly), sealed, and shelf-stable. Perfect for flights, road trips, or tossing in your bag. Just avoid extreme heat, and shake well before sipping.

 How do I store them?

Store at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight.

🧬 Product Claims & Research

Do Salut Sippers support GLP-1 naturally?

Acetic acid — the active compound in our sipping vinegar — may help in three ways:

  1. GLP-1 signaling: small human studies report increases in GLP-1 after vinegar with meals.
  2. Slower carb-to-sugar conversion / gastric emptying: which can blunt post-meal glucose spikes.
  3. Fullness cues: many people report feeling more satisfied when pairing vinegar with meals.
  4. By sipping before meals, you’re giving your body a natural nudge that may help with glucose and cravings. Results vary and this isn’t a medication.

How does acetic acid in Salut Sippers support blood sugar balance?

Acetic acid—the key compound in vinegar—can slow how quickly carbs turn into sugar and delay gastric emptying. For many people, this helps blunt post-meal glucose spikes and reduces the crashy cravings that follow. That’s why we suggest sipping before meals. Results vary and this isn’t a medication.

Does Salut Sippers work like Ozempic®?

Not exactly. Ozempic® is a prescription medicine that mimics the GLP-1 hormone to help regulate blood sugar and appetite. Salut Sippers don’t replace medication; they’re formulated to support your body’s natural GLP-1 response with acetic acid and botanicals. Think of them as a crave-crushing, appetite-balancing ritual you can enjoy daily — no prescription needed.

What is “the Mother” in vinegar, and why does it matter for gut health?

“The Mother” is the natural mix of proteins, enzymes, and live cultures that forms during raw vinegar fermentation. It’s what makes raw vinegar cloudy — and it’s a good thing! Salut Sippers are made with raw vinegar, so every sip includes this living source of beneficial compounds that may support gut health, digestion, and overall microbiome balance.

Unlike filtered vinegars, our raw sipping vinegars keep the Mother intact — so don’t worry if you see a little cloudiness or settling, that’s where the good stuff lives.
