Salut Sippers was born out of a sweet tooth, a love for good times, and (honestly) too many sugar crashes. 🍪 After years of treating every meal like a celebration, I found myself stuck in a cycle of spikes, crashes, and always carrying a “just in case” snack.
Then I rediscovered my abuela’s ritual — a few sips of vinegar before meals that kept her steady and satisfied. This centuries-old tradition (dating back to Babylon!) is now backed by modern research: vinegar supports sugar balance, cravings, and digestion. When I swapped my pre-meal drink for vinegar + sparkling water, I felt less shaky, slept better, and woke up craving sweets less.
But raw vinegar? Not so chic. I wanted something that looked good, tasted amazing, and felt fun enough to sip anywhere.
